All puppies/dogs have had a thorough vet examination before leaving our premises. Puppies/Dogs must be seen by a vet within 48 hours of receipt.
If the dog is diagnosed with a genetic medical issue, and it is agreed upon by both parties (Buyer and Seller) that a replacement dog is to be given to the buyer, the original dog must be returned to the breeder. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. In order to determine the genetic issue, a vet will be selected by Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC within a 100-mile radius of the client. When the dog is returned to the breeder, neither the deposit or payment of the dog will be returned to the buyer. Ownership will revert to the Seller/Breeder. All AKC/SV/FCI Pedigree paperwork for the original dog must be signed over to accompany the dog, plus all vet records.
The dog is guaranteed by Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC to have an SV-rating of no less than Noch Zugelassen by 12 months of age providing the following:
a. The dog must be x-rayed and the x-rays must be submitted to SV for prelim evaluation between 6-8 months, not before and not after, and again at 12 months.
b. Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC requires a copy of the x-rays.
c. The dog has not been abused or involved in any over exercise or accident involving broken bones. If your dog is kept in a kennel box for long periods of time, your dog WILL HAVE hip issues. Those muscles need to develop and will not do so properly if he/she cannot move freely.
d. The dog has been properly nourished. No strenuous jumping, long- distance running, biking, etc. until fully developed at 2 years of age.
e. The dog must not be spayed or neutered.
f. The dog must not be bred before 2 years of age.
g. The dog must be kept healthy and not overweight - Weight Restrictions: Males (66-88 lbs.) Females (48-70 lbs.).
The Buyer cannot resell or rehome the dog without gaining the approval of Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC. If it is discovered that a dog purchased from Haus Amberg Shepherds is rehomed without the knowledge of Haus Amberg, LLC, a fine of €500 must be paid and the buyer must sign over ownership to Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC. This agreement is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer of the dog unless approved
by Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC. When a dog is returned with the intent of rehoming, the client is responsible for all fees associated with the owner's transfer paperwork (€500). If Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC finds that the dog has been abused under the buyer’s control, the contract is null and void and the dog must be returned to the Seller/Breeder. When the dog is returned to Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC, neither the deposit or payment of the dog will be returned to the buyer. Ownership will revert to the Seller/Breeder. All AKC/SV/FCI paperwork from the dog must be signed over to accompany the dog, plus all vet records. If for any reason, Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC or the client feels the dog is not a fit for their
household within 3 days of brining the dog home, Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC will take ownership back of the dog and return 50% of the original purchase price of the dog after an evaluation of the dog from vet and/or Haus Amberg Shepherds, LLC. The dog shall be returned to the other party together with its signed-off registration papers. Client is responsible for the transfer of ownership fees, as well. All transportation/ delivery charges to retrieve the dog would be the responsibility of the Custodial Party.
