This clown runs a puppy mill. That\'s why he was run out of California, now his small ranch near Seligman, Arizona has become a local nightmare. His dogs are often left alone for days. They escape onto our ranch and chase cattle. These poor dogs are starving and dehydrated. They\'ve gotten loose and unattended three times since Christmas.
