Shipping Policy
We prefer to have puppies picked up at our home however understand that that is not always possible. If a puppy family needs help with transportation,we can help with delivery with in 3 hours of our location for a $100 fee. We will also transport to Pittsburgh or Cleveland airport for a $50 fee, if you need to fly in to pick up your puppy.
We will allow puppy families to contract with a reputable pet shipping company as a last resort. The company is required to have air conditioning for the pups during summer months and the pups will not be shipped until a minimum of 10 weeks of age.
Return Policy
Beyond the health guarantee, we will accept our puppies back if a family can no longer care for them. There will be no refund in this situation.
If one of of pups/ dogs are in jeopardy of going to a shelter or dog pound we require that they are returned to us.
