The terms and conditions outlined in the breeder/buyer contract include a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to hold your puppy. The remainder of the puppy fee will be due prior to exchange and breeder must have a signed and completed contract from buyer upon buyer making the non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy. If you wish to pay up front total cost of puppy fee at this time, you may do so. Please understand that this is a contractual agreement between breeder and buyer and is an understanding that the breeder will not sell the puppy to another buyer and the buyer agrees to complete the financial agreement as noted in the contract. If buyer fails to pay as agreed upon in the contract, breeder is released from contract responsibility in order to sell to another buyer without legal or civil obligation against breeder. A ten day grace period will be given in these circumstances prior to making this decision and action.

If you find yourself unable to care for your puppy where neglect or maltreatment is a threat and/or you are considering taking your animal to a shelter or rehoming him/her with un-vetted people looking to adopt, please contact us immediately and we will work to ensure the animal is safely cared for or routed to the most appropriate and humane destination. This may also include contacting us to return the animal to a safe location with us until further care can be arranged or decided upon by breeder. We want to always ensure the safety and well-being of our babies’ lives are met and protected well after the sale is final.

Our contract and the puppy adoption fees is indicative of a restricted or limited contract which does NOT allow buyer to have access to breeding rights. We do offer full, unrestricted contracts for breeding rights to those wishing to do so. Breeding rights are ONLY available to those who notify us prior to deposit and contract agreement activity that they wish to apply with THK to be interviewed for this specific role/function in relation to the requested adoption of our puppy for the specific purposes of use for breeding for buyers own profit and gain. In addition to an interview conducted with buyer and the outcome of the breeder’s decision to allow buyer unrestricted breeding access of the puppy in question, there will be a breeding fee charged by breeder to buyer for the sole purpose of buyer breeding access. This fee will be a minimum of $1,000.00 for CKC male canine and $2000.00 for CKC females, which will be in excess of the originally agreed upon puppy purchase price fee. This fee must be paid in full at time of deposit. If for whatever reason you no longer wish to move forward with the adoption process please be advised that although you will be forfeiting your non-refundable deposit in this situation, the breeder will provide you with a full refund of ONLY the excess unrestricted breeder fees you would have also paid at time of deposit and signed contract. Breeder will provide this refund within 10 business days of being notified in writing of your decision to terminate your adoption proceedings for your puppy and forfeit your pre-paid deposit. Breeder is released to seek adoption via other buyers upon immediate notification in writing from buyer that you wish to terminate the contract.
