Our precious princess “Abbi” arrived Sept 22, 2022 and is the only female of a litter of two. She has a beautiful coloration of light tan and black Yorkie highlights throughout. She is so laid back and affectionate with other animals and kids. She is beginning potty training and is very smart! Also, this baby girl is so so sweet!
All our puppies are registrable with Continental Kennel Club (CKC) and adhere to the strict breeding industry’s standards and guidelines. Up to date on vaccinations, tail dock, dew claw removal, veterinary exam, CKC registration documents.

Shipping Policy
Taylor House Kennels provides air shipping via a reputable major US airline and are bound by airline restrictions and regulations when shipping animal cargo. Ability to ship nationally via air carriers and price of shipping varies and is dependent on certain requirements like weather conditions, outside temperature of departing and arriving destinations, age and weight of animal, dates of travel, etc. Certain airlines have specific requirements to be met when shipping animals and these conditions must also be met by seller/buyer. Buyer is responsible for 100% of shipping fees and other costs associated with air shipping. Buyer will provide estimate of shipping costs to your local airport upon request by buyer and all fees/costs are due in total PRIOR TO seller booking airline ticket for your pet.
Alternative shipping arrangements may be made with seller for additional cost to buyer and paid to buyer PRIOR TO travel for seller-provided transport methods. This is provided on a case-by-case basis and is not a seller-guaranteed method of transport of your purchased animal.

Return Policy
Taylor House Kennels provides a limited, restricted contract to every buyer who purchases a puppy with us. Included will be paperwork for Continental Kennel Club (CKC) registration of your puppy, veterinary records with health exam and other elective procedures like tail docking and dew claw removal, vaccination and deworming records, and our guarantee of a healthy puppy. Your puppy is 100% guaranteed to be free from genetic mutations or defects as well as free from health defects at birth through sale/transfer date of puppy to its new owner and family. In the rare circumstance that your puppy develops a health complication resulting in the death or serious illness of your puppy after the transfer/sale date and it is: within the first 6 months of the puppy’s birth, is confirmed by our own veterinarian to be a result of breeding or bloodline issues of your puppy’s particular site/dam or litter, and was not a preventable illness/death by buyer or due to negligence by buyer, Taylor House Kennels will provide buyer with a full refund of puppy purchase price. These terms are subject to change at THK’s discretion.
